For availing Certificate of Origin from Manipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI), it is mandatory to provide a permanent indemnity bond on a Non-judicial stamp paper, duly notarized. The format for Indemnity Bond can be availed from MCCI and the cost of issuing Certificate of Origin will depend on the number of pages submitted.
