Dr. Thangjam Dhabali Singh , former president of Manipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been confer of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Ray.
Dr. Dhabali is among this year’s foreign recipients in recognition of his contributions to promoting the understanding of Japan in India, and friendship between Japan and India, stated a release issued by the Japanese Embassy.
